· Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle right for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, collaborating human resource requirements, facilitating smooth joining formalities and managing their exit formalities also
· Issuing letters of offer, appointment, Office Order’s, Deputations etc. along with the management of salary revisions
· Calculating increments/hikes based on individual performance, salary, Attendance and Leave Administration
· Making effective contributions in recruitment, induction and deployment of staff members and regularly monitoring their performance levels to ensure highest efficiency levels
· Implementing effective HR Policies and successfully coordinate HR support for the office. Conceptualizing and designing innovative strategies and ensuring smooth execution of overall tasks assigned by the management
· Maintaining a flawless communication with the employees; ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all levels
· Fostering a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization
· Recruitment: – Recruitment of officials/Staff
· Appointment on Contract Consolidated basis and Contract Pay Scale basis, Deputation cases.
· Appointment on Daily Wage basis
· Police Verification & Education Verification of each employee joining the Organization
· Opening of personal files & maintenance of service records: – Open Service books of Pay Scale employees and maintained all records of Extension / increments and etc.
· To ensure completion of service books and Maintenance of service books
· Discontinuation/ Termination of cases: – Taking all approvals from competent authority after receiving Recommendation of Discontinuation/Termination of Services from Concerned Divisions / HOD’s.
· Extension of Contract Employees: – Taking all approvals from competent authority after receiving Recommendation from Concerned Divisions / HOD’s.
· Work relating to appointment of technical officers on deputation basis: – Taking all approvals from competent authority after receiving Recommendation from Concerned Divisions / HOD’s.
· Salary Enhancement or Grant of Pay Scale: – After receiving Recommendation from Concerned HOD’s we process the case for Salary Enhancement or Grant of Pay Scale as per Recommendation.
· Looking after Legal Matter/ Grievance matter
