Job Description
Position: Area Sales Manager , North East INDIA( Prefered-East Indian origin or experince in seven states with any product of MNC. )
Base Location:Report to: National Sales manager/Distributor
Responsibilities: Develop new and seven north east states of Assa, Arunachal Pardesh, Magalaya,Mizoram,Minpur,Sikam and TirupuraAchieve sales target as assigned from corporate office for different regions thereby increasing sales revenue
Implementing an effective brand strategy and plan for sales – budget and forecasting
Use market intelligence to research the country or region and develop strategies accordingly.
Liaise with corporate office and prepare quarterly/annual sales & brand reports.
Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required.
Build professional relationships with dealer, customer and staff and encouragecollaboration at all times Working at Distributor
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master’s degree).3+10 years of experience in similar capacity in FMCG/Mobile accessories/Speakers and company of repute. Overall experience 5+8 years
Willing for extensive travelling as required. A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
Good people-dealer -wholeseller management skills.
Sensitivity to different cultural norms.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹1,00,000.00 per month
Schedule:Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Guhati or Kohima or Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:total work: 5-10 years (Preferred)
