Jobs and Responsibilities of Asst Manager- Store & Systems

Stores

• Planning & review of sub assembly and final assembly of machines
• Planning & review of blanks – Hard, Gun drilled and Jet Cooler blanks for Parts division
• Define new inventory levels & redefine existing inventory levels as per consumption
• Ensure systematic storage in stores and in machine building rack area
• Check purchase requisition with indent, machine building bill of material (BOM), re-order level list and get it approved from MD Sir
• Monthly review of Pending RGPs and taking actions to close them
• Make the final BOM after the MBD Machine is ready & Comparing BOM cost with Sale Price
• Consumption & cost analysis of parts raw material, consumables and propose cost cutting ideas
• Pushing Internal work processes to reduce internal delays
• Check physical stock, implement action plan for the gaps
• Preparing & Sending MIS Reports of Stores department to MD Sir
• Checking & Reviewing Store & System documentation on a monthly basis

Systems

• Generate relevant MIS reports from Finsys ERP & Google Sheets
• Monitoring & analysis of reports
• Improvement in simplifying existing systems and processes
• Integrating systems & data migration

Plant Maintenance

• Review & oversee plant maintenance activities
• Ensure scrap removal in the plant on regular basis
• Ensure implementation of points as per 5S audit report

Who can FIT in to this role:

• Male candidate having 5-7 years experience in Stores as Store Manager in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Graduate in business administration or in any related field
• Should be expert in Finsys ERP
• Should be expert in Google drive & data migration
• Problem solver – Team & inter department
• Time management discipline
