PRODUCT/ENGINEERING PRODUCTS/EOT CRANES
QUALIFICATION SHOULD BE GRADUATION/B.COM, SALERY RS.30000 TO 35000 P/MONTH
JOB DESCRIPTION
Obtain formats, prepare / edit, submit guarantees to bank / client for approval Submission of final guarantees to clients alongwith invoices for payments Review job files for contract obligations and process the issue wherever required
Liaisoning with bank, ballabgarh / marredpally branch for BG issues and submission of performance reports periodically
Preplanning of despatch process such as raising Pl to parties prior to despatch
Obtaining road permits / despatch clearance etc.
Insurance coverage whereis necessary
Mailing despatch intimation / details to parties for insurance purpose
Preperation and submission of despatch documents
BG submission against final payments
Payment follow-ups for both pre/post despatch stages
Screening of couriers / postal articles
Correspondance for LD recovery, DP extension etc.
