Jobs and Responsibilities of Design Engineer

• Design & Development  Jig & fixtures for machines like CNC, VMC, M1TR, Surface grinder and etc. to support manufacturing operations.Design & Development  Jig & fixtures for machines like CNC, VMC, M1TR, Surface grinder and etc. to support manufacturing operations.
• Cycle time study & Implement design improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Clamping designs for time savings and to reduce NVA (non value added) activities.Clamping designs for time savings and to reduce NVA (non value added) activities.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications.Create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all designs and modifications.

Who can FIT in to this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working with SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, drafting, and simulation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Certification in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, drafting, and simulation techniques.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience in product design, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
