Qualification : – B. Tech. / MBA Mkt./BBA.
Experience : – 6 to 8 years
SKILL:
Candidate should have good knowledge of construction equipment machinery specially for
Hydra Crane, Safe Crane & Backhoe Loader & you will be responsible for carrying out a
different model of Construction/ Heavy Equipment.
Experience: –
Result oriented professional with 6- 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/ Business
Development/ Service Key accounts of Construction Equipment, Material Handling like:
Safe Crane, and Hydra Crane, Backhoe loader.

• Proven skills in managing teams to work in synchronization with the corporate set parameters
  and motivating them for achieving business and individual goals.
• Expertise in Concept Selling and achieving the desired goal.
• Significant experience of working onsite with customers, builders, mining’s refiner projects,
  segment and Marketing executives for securing & executing concurrent projects.
• A profound customer-centric approach to understand customer and market needs.
• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & relationship management skill.
• Leading team of Sales & marketing (Direct & Channel Partners) throughout region and
  managing Dealer network.
• Preparing individual reports and collecting team reports on a daily, weekly, fortnightly,
  monthly, and quarterly, basis to submit data for the business dashboard.
• Reviewing and generating reports for after-sales spares revenue generation and AMC
  revenue.
• Development of Value base marketing tools to create market demand.
• Co-ordination with Vendor and logistics Management for delivery improvement.
• Inventory planning and management
• Good knowledge of ERP / SAP software
