Job Description

Operational and maintenance knowledge of 33/0.440 KV, OLTC and RTCC panel, DO fuse, DG (3×1010KVA,
Cummins) and sync operation, PCC & MCC Panel, , Transformer (1×2100KVA,1×3100KVA), VCB(Siemens),
ACB(L&T),UPS(3×200KVA DELTA) with isolation transformer.

• Responsible of planning a critical spare list for all installation as per manufacturing recommendation and
  inventory.
• Highlight any operational concern to the project & client & follow up for closure.
• Operational and maintenance knowledge of HVAC system, TFH(12, THERMAX), AHU, Chillers ,nitrogen plant,
  Propane gas area and line maintenance.
• Worked on various field instrument i.e. HMI (Allen-Bradley) Load cell, RTD, control valve, SOV actuators. Pressure
  gauge, Pneumatic valve, level transmitter, vibrators, Proximity switch, limit switch and safety interlock.
• Proficiency in understanding of SLD and P&ID drawings, automation control loops and electrical and mechanical
  safety interlock
• Hand on experience and commissioning of Allen Bradley (power flex 525,523,M4), SEW Euro AC drive.
• Working towards zero down time and set up the practice to ensure the delivery of seamless service of client.
• Conducted instrument and equipment calibration, performed adjustments and repairs, maintained calibration records for
  regulatory compliance, participated in quality audits, and provided training to junior technicians.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and standards relevant to instrumentation design, including P&IDs, loop
  diagrams, and equipment specification
