Monitoring of machinery and performs routine maintenance work on equipment and facilities to support production within Department.

Individual follows instructions and schedules closely.

Technician has a keen interest in process monitoring, machine maintenance, interacts effectively with others on the technical team to ensure that all production Process /equipment-related issues are resolved appropriately and efficiently, and complies  EHS requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with new production equipment installation and execute proper spare part replacement
• Conduct in-process system monitoring and system troubleshooting
• Conduct routine equipment cleaning and inspection activities
• Execute emergency breakdown protocols
• Follow cleanliness and safety regulations while setting up and maintaining equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Record equipment performance in production lines
• Seek opportunities for improvement and take corrective actions
• Set up equipment and work stations for daily production operations
• Suggest improvements in equipment maintenance processes
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment
• Work with production teams for machine maintenance downtime
