Maintaining employee database from joining to end.
Follow up with job consultancies as per vacant posts and sorting the resumes ofsuitable candidates & taking preliminary interviews.
To ensure documents, references and other verification process.
Bonus payment, full & finalsettlement of employees
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, exp. Letters etc.
Supervision of house keeping services & providing work related general administration.
Esi IP registration, uan registration, Esi Challan, Esi accidental report, Pf challan,Labour welfare challan submission
Maintaing attendance register and filling pf withdraw forms
Knowledge of pf forms like form no.2, 11, 10C, 10D, 19, 15G, gratuity form Fand esi declaration form etc.
Maintaining Time record and Leave records of employees.
Maintaining Personnel file of worker/employees.
Making daily manpower report.
Conversant with administration of various Labor Laws & Compliances under labor laws. Compliances under ESIC, PF & Factory ACTS, Gratuity etc.
Negotiating all the disputes with the Union & maintain disciplines across organization.
