Job Description

Maintaining employee database from joining to end.
 Follow up with job consultancies as per vacant posts and sorting the resumes ofsuitable candidates & taking preliminary interviews.
 To ensure documents, references and other verification process.
 Bonus payment, full & finalsettlement of employees
 Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, exp. Letters etc.
 Supervision of house keeping services & providing work related general administration.
 Esi IP registration, uan registration, Esi Challan, Esi accidental report, Pf challan,Labour welfare challan submission
 Maintaing attendance register and filling pf withdraw forms
 Knowledge of pf forms like form no.2, 11, 10C, 10D, 19, 15G, gratuity form Fand esi declaration form etc.
 Maintaining Time record and Leave records of employees.
 Maintaining Personnel file of worker/employees.
 Making daily manpower report.
 Conversant with administration of various Labor Laws & Compliances under labor laws. Compliances under ESIC, PF & Factory ACTS, Gratuity etc.
 Negotiating all the disputes with the Union & maintain disciplines across organization.
