Designation – Manager Planning & Monitoring

Experience- Relevant Experience of Project Monitoring of minimum 5 years and site experience of Bridges/Flyover for minimum 3 years.

JD- 

1. Coordiantion with JV Partner/Client for Payments & Approvals

2. Coordiantion with Principle Employer for Removal of Hinderances (Utility Shifting)

3. Monitoring / Problem Solving to improve effiency at Project for Work Activities through exising Project Monitoring Tools.

4. Conducting Weekly Concalls and Monthly Meetings for Project Progress with Client/ JV Partner.

5. Contract Management  – Managing timely contractual correspondences    

6. Site Visits to resolve issues at Projects 

Pre-Requisite –

1. Extensive knowledge of Bridge Projects and Bridge Activities.

2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English 

CTC Salary Range (monthly) – 10-20 LPA
