Job Description

Role &Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information about the company’s profile and the intricacies of the ERP software.

· Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

2. Trainer Training:

· Conduct training sessions for trainers to familiarize them with the company’s background, values, and mission.

· Provide in-depth training on the ERP software, covering its functionalities, features, and best practices.

· Training the trainer on soft skills in order to enhance the training quality.

3. Customized Training Materials:

· Develop and customize training materials tailored to different job roles and departments within the organization.

· Ensure that training materials are up-to-date with the latest software updates and company information.

4. Hands-on Workshops:

· Organize practical, hands-on workshops to allow trainers to gain practical experience in using the ERP software.

· Facilitate discussions and Q&A sessions to address any queries or concerns.

5. Assessment and Feedback:

· Implement assessments to evaluate trainers’ understanding of both the company’s profile and the ERP software.

· Provide constructive feedback to trainers to enhance their training delivery and content.

6. Continuous Improvement:

· Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and changes in the company’s profile to continuously improve training programs.

· Solicit feedback from trainers and employees to identify areas for improvement in the training process.

7. Collaboration:

· Work closely with other departments, such as HR and IT, to align training programs with organizational goals and strategies.

· Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that trainers have access to the necessary resources and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Training and Development, Business, Information Technology, etc.).
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
Strong understanding of the company’s profile, values, and business processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training programs for various learning styles and job roles.
Experience: 5-10 years
