Jobs and Responsibilities of Quality Manager
- Review of pendency and planned tasks in morning meeting with the Quality Team.
- Ensure that rejection Job Card is released by Design to Production
- Check, analyze and take action on process and final rejection on a daily basis.
- Implementing improvements for reducing time and cost in quality process
- Calculate monthly Cost of Rejection and take the actions accordingly.
- Resolving Customer Complaints and reverting timebound to their emails & other technical clarifications and discussions.
- Defining and ensuring target dates are met for pending Rgp & Customer Complaints.
- Analyzing internal rejections and giving training to operators for it.
- Make Internal Audit Plan & Execute
- Make CAPA against Customer Complaints, send to customers and take their feedback to close the complaint.
- Make & conduct supplier audit plan & share the report to purchase.
- Get annual calibration done for the Instruments and other assets. Get instruments repaired and ensure replacement of faulty/damaged instruments.
- Do final inspection for critical & export parts and ensure quality adherence before dispatch.
Who can FIT in to this role:
- Male candidate having 5-7 years experience in Quality Assurance as a Quality Assurance Manager in a manufacturing (CNC, VMC & Conventional machining)
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in mechanical
- Experience & knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), quality standards and process development/control
