Post : – Sr. Design Engineer.
Department : – Design and NPD (Heavy Construction Equipment)
Qualification : – B. Tech / Diploma in Mech. Engg./ Design Engg. / Product
Design in relevant field.
Experience: –

• Minimum 4 to 6 years’ Experience in a Similar Field & Proficient in 3D Modelling and
  drafting of Sheet metal & Assembly or Costing of components with computer aided design
  software e.g. AUTO CAD, SOLID WORKS.
• Experience of BOM Creation (Bill of Material) structures.
• Able to exercises some latitude and technical judgement in deciding work methods
• Good Experience in working with layouts, co-ordinate with different Department
• Good working Experience in Agricultural Equipment division
• Updating the layouts and releasing the 2D drawings by using Team Centre
• Knowledge & generated 3-D conceptual and their drawings from proto stage to final stage.
• Proto development, testing and implementation to production process.
• Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
• Analyse and manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause
• Research concept ideas using mathematical modelling to work out whether new
  developments and innovations would work and be cost effective
• Analyses the design proposals and the technical information in order to identify the issues
  arising during product development, defining and implementing adequate solutions in order
  to reach a feasible proposal with a high form and aesthetic quality

  Relationship Management
• Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service
  providers
• Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth
  workflow with maximum output
