Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our infrastructure products.

– Understand customer requirements and create a database of the same.

– Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

– Maintain a comprehensive database of all interactions and sales activities.

– Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company on a weekly and monthly basis.

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies to improve sales performance and customer interaction.

– Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales role, preferably in infrastructure products.

– Quick learner with ability to push infrastructural products, building materials and related equipments.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Ability to comprehend technical specifications and convey them to customers effectively.

– Proficiency in MS Office applications.

– High school pass with a degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
