We have Urgent Vacancy of Welfare Officer.

• Handle all welfare activities like Canteen, Fire & Safety, First Aid, conducted Trainings & Social awareness Program
• To maintain the committee record ( works committee, committee, Canteen committee Health & Safety committee, Grievance Redressal committee)
• To registered the employee in LW Scheme & filled the worker welfare form ONLINE/OFFLINE according to eligibility
• Enhanced awareness on productivity by implementing training procedures.
• Compliance Management: Ensuring 100% Statutory HR compliances and zero fine imposition and penalty during the tenure.
• Faced multiple Audits like SEDEX, BSCI, IKEA-IWAY, TARGET, CTPAT etc.
• Digital Interventions: By making the HR process Automated for the betterment of the employees like Online Attendance, by creating Live Dashboards.
• Conducted awareness and training sessions among the employees of statutory committees like ICC,
• Safety, Grievance, Works committees and all the government schemes related to the welfare of the employees.
• Appointed as a welfare officer under the provision given in section 49 of the factories Act 1948.
