Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy /  Production Engineering from a recognized institute.

Preferred: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering.

Additional certifications in production management, lean manufacturing, or quality control are a plus.

Skill Qualifications & Experience:
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of wire drawing machines (bull block, multi-die, wet/dry drawing).

Understanding of galvanizing process (hot dip or electro).

Hands-on experience with lubricants, wire gauges, tensile strength, and annealing processes.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.

Knowledge of material handling systems and safety protocols.

Production & Management Skills:
Production planning and control (PPC).

Manpower management and shift planning.

Experience in inventory management and raw material planning.

Quality assurance knowledge (ISO standards, internal audits).

Cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.

KPI monitoring and reporting to management.

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

Effective communication and team coordination.

Problem-solving under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office and production software (ERP/Finsys preferred).

Experience Requirement:
8–15 years of relevant experience in a wire drawing or similar metal processing industry.

Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or production head role.
