Experience: 5-10 Yrs
CTC: 40-55000 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Experience of Handling GEM & E-procurement portal
Knowledge of OEM Dashboard.
Vendor Assessment.
Can handle GEM buyer Portal.
Uploading the bid documents (Technical and financial) at Online E-procurement Portals and GEM Portal.
Tender Search, Notification, Bid preparation and tender/Bid Submission through Manual/E-Tendering/GeM.
Preparing tenders related queries and documents.
Managing the entire bidding cycle till the submission of bid.
To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.
L1 Comparison of Product On GEM Portal.
Product Updation ,Stock Management ,Offer Price, Market Search and Incident management on GEM Portal.
Bids and Tender Searching on Various Govt Portals.
Upload Invoice and Update delivery details on GEM Portal.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Experience of GEM portal with bidding.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Sound Knowledge of GeM Processes and User - Interface Buyer Side and Seller Side.
Familiar with the eProcurement process.
